" This is a new (3 month old) condo. 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were huge and the 4th were more than big enough for a couple. The lay out provided privacy while also providing a central place for the whole group to the place. The condo was very clean. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels & wash cloths available. Condo instructions were easy to understand and reasonable. The kitchen had all the utensils, pans, plates, etc we needed - stocked as well as or better than any previous condo we stayed in. We thought the kitchen was stocked very generously. We had a little trouble with the driving instructions, only because the condo was so new that it wasn't on Google and early instructions changed as the new area opened up. The condo was only a few miles from I-15 and we could also drive to Washington City stores in 15 minutes or less. We called with a few questions and received quick, professional, but friendly responses. Several of us are big baseball fans and were disappointed there was no live TV. We watched very little TV and found shows we could watch, except baseball, a minor inconvenience. The back yard was small. There was covered porch that accommodated everyone in the condo. We could sit and watch the sunrise over hills and see the landscape change colors. Two mornings had especially bright sunrises. The condo met all of our expectations (except live TV), was very clean and well stocked, laid out in a way that gave us privacy while still meeting as a group, staff was very friendly and helpful, was convenient to St George, and, as a bonus, had a great scenic view from the back of the condo.
